Brett H, the technician, was extremely competent AND patient. Chase Heating recently installed a brand new heat pump, furnace, thermostat, and media air cleaner, and did a tremendous job. Paul, the owner, is highly knowledgeable, offered great advice, alternatives, and the pros and cons of different systems, and did a fantastic job on the day of the install itself. The crew was right on time, completed the replacement install in one day, and Paul's line work was incredibly neat across the entire system. Not only do they have great technical expertise, but this company offers top grade customer service, including scheduling, easy financing options, real-time alerts, and more. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chase Heating and look forward to using them for annual maintenance for years to come.
